Pool Rules and Regulations

• No one under the age of 14 allowed to swim without an adult present (18 years or older).

• Only 1 (one) guest per person or 1 (one) family per family.

• Do not tamper with pool jets, baskets, skimmers, etc...

• Use only pool toys for pool games. No rocks, nails, or other objects. 

• Take all of your personal belongings with you when you leave the pool area

• Be considerate of other homeowners. No loud or vulgar music. 

• No cutoff shorts allowed in the pool.

• No glass containers allowed in the pool area.

• No smoking in the pool area. 

• No pets allowed in the pool area. 

 

The pool is also available for rental by Points of View Home Owners at a cost of $40.00 per four (4) hour rental period. The pool is available to rent on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on weekends from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m (Holidays Excluded). Any child in the pool area without a parent and/or homeowner present may be asked to leave by any homeowner at the pool. Skateboards, bicycles, and pets are not allowed in the pool or court areas.
